When the shop wizard goes to search for an item in all the shops of neopia, it searches by the first character (letter) in your username. Below we show you how the shop wizard groups you in categories depending on the first letter of your username

Each 'group' is on one page, so if you refresh the page you get a WHOLE new set user's shops.
