So, you hear all about these "Avatar's" but have NO idea what they are or how to use them.
Well then your on the right page. Here we will try and tell you what they are, where you can get them, and show you step by step how to use them.

What are avatars?
Avatars are little icons that give yourself a little more personality when you are chatting on the Neoboards. They give the people you are talking to an idea of the things you are interested in and your mood. They are the small pictures that appear to the left hand side when you post a message.

How do I get the special avatars?
It all depends on the avatars, some require you to get a high score in a certain game, beat a particular battledome challenger, solve a puzzle etc. Some are also affected by what items you are carrying and the pages you visit regularly. The best thing to do is just explore the site and try your hand at everything, you are bound to find some new avatars on your journey.

First click on "Chat" on the yellow side bar to get to here:

When you click on the Chat Preferences it will take you here:

You can also change your font color and writing of your messages from this same place.

Then look in the first box "Avatar" and this is where you will make your changes so you can use your NEW avatars!

Once you have made the changes you would like to the Avatar you wish to use,
then simply click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
