Would you like to be an Approved Affiliate lyncs.net ? There are a few rules first...
If your Site is with-in these guide lines, then you can apply !
1. Your website must be Neopets related.
2. Your website must be hosted at a paid domain (eg. lyncs.net, neogenisis.net, fairy-dust.com.etc).
Otherwise it gets placed in a different spot, not the prime one.
3. You must have a link button I can put on the sidebar. The size should ideally be 88 x 15 pixels or 88 x 31 pixels. Alittle smaller or a touch bigger is ok.
4. You must put a link to Lyncs.net in your affiliate section of your site. You can get link buttons for lyncs.net on the Link Me page.
5. Your site should be relatively established and nice looking, meaning that you didn't just make it last week and you only have a few pages and a few visitors.

You must also keep it up-dated at least twice a week, if it's a large site. If it's a smaller site then a few times a week.
